Go-to-market for AI & deep tech

AI and Deep Tech.
Clear signal.

I turn technical, regulated, and hard-to-explain products into go-to-market strategy and communication that buyers, investors, and institutions actually understand. Built for founders scaling AI and deep tech companies.

The case for GTM

Why go-to-market decides who wins

In AI and deep tech, the best technology rarely wins by default. It wins when the market can understand it fast enough to trust it, budget for it, and buy it again.

That gap, between what a technology can do and what a market is ready to believe, is where most technical founders lose time, funding, and category position. Engineering roadmaps compound. Go-to-market, left for later, usually doesn't.

"The first credible voice in a technical category shapes the language every competitor is forced to use next."

None of this replaces the technology. It's what makes the technology legible to the people who fund it, buy it, and build their own careers on recommending it internally. For early-stage founders, that means treating positioning and buyer-readiness as founding-team work, not a hire made after the next round.

Trust

Regulated and institutional buyers move on trust, not features. GTM turns capability into a business case procurement can actually approve.

Fluency

The market has stopped rewarding "we use AI." It rewards founders who can say exactly what changes, for whom, and at what cost of not changing.

Position

Category position compounds like product does. Waiting for "more traction first" usually means ceding the language to someone else.

About

Built for founders whose technically complex products need to be translated into clear, compelling messaging and a sharp go‑to‑market strategy that the market can actually understand and buy.

I founded and ran a government-funded accelerator program at Mali Tehnopolis Samobor, coaching more than 20 founding teams through positioning, MVP launches, and their first go-to-market execution.

My most successful project is a hardware and software radar company. They are a case I point to most, as for this deep tech company, I ran a full rebrand and a go-to-market strategy, which helped take their technology into 50+ countries and won prestigious award for most successful post-startup.

More recently, as part of the senior management team at BSBI Berlin, I took full ownership of a 40+-person cross-functional team and co-led the award-winning AI University pilot project, deploying tools such as Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Riverside, and Runway into live operations.

I now work on full AI workflow automation and agentic engineering. This website is the product of AI I created from scratch.
